Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain high product knowledge to address customer needs, record all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system, and provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. This role requires 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting, with a high school diploma or GED. Applicants must complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
