Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers while maintaining high product knowledge to address customer needs. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by recording all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma and 1-2 years of sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
