Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads. Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers while achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain high product knowledge to address customer needs, record all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system, and provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of sales experience, and strong persuasive skills. Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and willing to submit to background checks and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
