Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, follow up on leads, and present company products and services to new and existing clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high product knowledge to address customer needs. Record all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system and provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED and one to two years of sales experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
