Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads to present and sell company products and services. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high product knowledge to address customer needs. Record all sales activities and interactions in the CRM system and provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. This role requires 1-2 years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work remotely. Candidates must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
