Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, follow up on leads, and present company products to new and existing clients while maintaining high product knowledge. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by leveraging persuasive negotiation skills and recording all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions to support team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
