Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads while presenting and selling company products and services to new and existing clients. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by maintaining high product knowledge to address customer needs effectively. Record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system and provide feedback to management on customer trends and market conditions. This role requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of sales experience, and strong negotiation skills. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country and pass a background check and drug screening.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a call center or remote setting
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
