Job Summary
Answer and track incoming calls while accurately recording all details in accordance with established procedures. Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systems and conduct database and open-source research to support client operations. Route and escalate calls appropriately, ensuring confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive information. This remote position requires candidates to reside within Brownsville, TX or Cameron County, with a minimum of three years in a call center environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 + years experience in a call center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in handling sensitive information
- Candidate must reside within Brownsville, TX or cities within Cameron County
