Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, resolving customer issues on the first contact through effective problem-solving. Research systems to support needs, accurately document interactions, process claims, and guide customers to the best solutions while following established scripts and policies. Protect customer privacy, escalate complex matters, and maintain consistent attendance by adhering to scheduling requirements. Complete a full application including screening questions and a brief pre-employment test to be considered. Maintain high-speed internet and a quiet work environment, with a requirement to reside within 80km of the office. Submit to a Level II background investigation and drug screening as conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous call center experience
- Work from home experience
- Strong command of the English language
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- High speed internet connection
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up
- Able to multitask and self-manage effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must reside within 80km of our office
