Remote Call Center/Outbound Sales 2nd Shift

Job Summary
Conduct 25-35 outbound telephone calls per hour to schedule free consultations with homeowners interested in American Home Design products. Utilize provided scripts to engage prospects, overcome objections using rebuttals, and maintain a positive attitude during rejection. Record conversation details in the CRM and reach weekly and monthly appointment goals. Work remotely from 11am to 7:30pm with uncapped bonus opportunities and paid professional training. Applicants must reside in the United States (excluding AZ, MI, MN, NV, OH, PA, WI, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OR, RI, VT, VA, WA, and DC).
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in a Call Center environment
- Be proficient navigating multiple browser tabs and troubleshooting computer issues as they arise
- Must have a quiet space to work and talk on the phone while at home
- Must have your own computer with reliable high speed internet and a headset
- A written and conversational communicator
- Persuasive and influential
- Able to solve problems using critical thinking and logic
- Self-motivated, directed and driven
- Resilient to rejection and able to overcome obstacles and objections with a smile
- Adaptable, teachable and willing to learn and keep on learning
- Applicants must reside in the United States
- Must be available for 11am - 7:30 shift
