Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while providing accurate product information and troubleshooting issues. Maintain detailed records of interactions and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery. Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple software systems. Candidates must be bilingual in English and Spanish, though this is highly preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the country, pass a Level II background check, drug screening, and a pre-employment test. The position involves various shifts including evenings and weekends, with a requirement for a high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Equipped with high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup
