Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat while providing accurate product information and resolving issues or complaints. Maintain detailed records of interactions and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery while adhering to all company policies and compliance standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with multiple software systems. Applicants must be 18 or older, equipped with a high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup, and flexible to work various shifts including evenings and weekends. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older

- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Equipped with high-speed internet and a distraction-free home office setup
- Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
