Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals. Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and no caseload limits for a growing, clinician-focused organization. Georgia licensure is required, with support available for obtaining it through the LBA Expansion Program.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
