Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting, conducting sessions fluently in Spanish and designing personalized treatment plans. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your caseload. Set your own schedule across seven days a week, starting at 25 hours per week, with no on-call or evening requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC
- Licensed in California
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
