Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting, conducting full sessions fluently in Spanish and designing personalized treatment plans. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools while participating in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your caseload to match your availability. Set your own schedule across seven days a week without on-call rotations or evening requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Texas
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
