Remote Bilingual Spanish Immigration Attorney – Contract Position (506/o)

Handle inbound calls and Zoom consultations for pre-screened family and humanitarian immigration clients, providing intake and retainer support. Manage cases involving family-based visa applications (T, U, VAWA) and assist with deportation hearings and proceedings. This remote contract position starts part-time (15-25 hours/week) with an hourly rate plus bonuses, scaling to full-time as the project grows. An active bar license is required, with California or Nevada licensure preferred.
