Job Summary
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting, conducting sessions fluently in Spanish while designing personalized treatment plans. Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI tools, and participate in regular paid case consultations and clinical leadership meetings. Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team that handles administrative tasks and fills your schedule to match your availability. Set your own hours across seven days a week without on-call or evening requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program
- Active, independent license to practice psychology in Florida
- Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
- Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way
