Remote Behavioral Registered Nurse (RN)– Remote Care Manager

Job Summary
Conduct remote patient assessments with empathy and professionalism while monitoring health status and escalating warning signs. Apply medical terminology knowledge to coordinate care, communicate clearly with patients and families, and document thoroughly within multiple computer systems. Prioritize daily responsibilities independently while maintaining patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Requires current active RN license with 3+ years in behavioral clinical or care management settings, plus tech-savviness for remote work. Required Qualifications
- Current, active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a behavioral clinical or patient-facing setting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral care management or case coordination
- Bachelor's RN license in the state of TX, IL, MI, NM, AZ, AL, FL, CA, NB, or have a compact license
- Must have a HIPAA-compliant, private work area at home
- Monday through Friday 8 AM - 12 PM or 1 PM - 5 PM (4 hours a day)
