Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager for ongoing support. Eligible candidates receive up to $93/hour with an LBA Expansion Program for licensure reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
