Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation aligned with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling with no caseload limits, includes an LBA expansion program with reimbursement, and provides ongoing support from a dedicated Success Manager. No non-compete agreements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
