Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support measurable outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring services align with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and an LBA expansion program with reimbursement for additional licensure. A dedicated Success Manager provides ongoing professional support to ensure clinical success.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
