Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians and monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation aligned with ethical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager for ongoing support. The role includes an LBA Expansion Program with reimbursement for additional state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
