Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful and measurable progress, maintaining accurate documentation aligned with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements. Join the LBA Expansion Program for support in obtaining additional state licensure, with access to a dedicated Success Manager to ensure clinical and professional success.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
