Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and monitor client progress to adjust interventions as needed. Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians while collaborating with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful clinical progress. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
