Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians while monitoring client progress and adjusting plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful and measurable progress. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring services align with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote role includes flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager to support your clinical and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
