Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress, adjust plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring services align with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements. Join a team providing ABA services across multiple states with access to an LBA expansion program and a dedicated success manager.

Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
