Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians implementing programs. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful and measurable progress. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring services align with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and a dedicated Success Manager for ongoing professional support.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
