Job Summary
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans for children and families across multiple states. Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians, monitor client progress, and adjust plans as needed. Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support measurable treatment goals while maintaining accurate documentation aligned with ethical standards. Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
