Job Summary
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social media to resolve inquiries, de-escalate issues, and process sales transactions, service enrollments, and payments. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet or exceed sales goals, conversion targets, and revenue objectives while tracking call information for auditing and reporting. Address customer objections with persuasive offers and provide feedback on call issues. Maintain a structured schedule with various shifts and demonstrate open-mindedness to evolving policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call center, retail, membership, or customer-focused environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales, conversion, or performance goals
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems
- Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN
- Proof of internet speed required
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- College degree preferred but not required
