Job Summary
Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA, LBA) in Baltimore, MD, leading ABA programs across MD and VA with a small direct caseload. Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Active LBA license in the state of Maryland or Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience with strong competency in assessment, treatment planning, and supervision
- Demonstrated leadership experience or readiness to step into a clinical leadership role
- Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
- Passion for high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services
