Remote Appointment Specialist

Remote Appointment Specialist who will conduct high-volume phone outreach to customers to reconnect, book their next service visit, and manage a national appointments calendar. The role emphasizes warm, non-sell outreach, calendar maintenance, and efficient rescheduling while working fully remote. Key fit criteria include experience in call center, inside sales, BDR, or customer support with a strong phone presence, comfort with technology and CRM (Microsoft Dynamics a plus), and self-direction to own the day in a remote setting. Prior backgrounds in telecom and consumer electronics/retail support are a good match. Compensation includes a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped per-appointment incentives (target around $64K OTE), a separate 5% annual performance bonus, stock options, full benefits, and fully remote work.
