Job Summary
Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce hotel booking services and qualify leads for travel advisors. Schedule consultations, maintain accurate records of outreach and appointment status, and respond to basic inquiries while directing detailed questions to specialists. Follow up on previous contacts to ensure continued engagement and collaborate with the team to optimize outreach efforts and improve lead conversion. This fully remote role supports our mission of simplifying travel planning by connecting clients with personalized accommodations.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable speaking with clients via phone or video platforms
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor
