Job Summary
Lead utility CIS implementations by acting as a conduit between Operations, R&D, and clients to drive strategic IT transformation. Manage end-to-end project delivery including gap analysis, requirements elicitation, user acceptance testing, and change management to ensure successful product adoption. Configure applications based on business needs, train users on system administration, and build client capabilities by identifying opportunities for additional services. Support project managers in contract management and bottleneck resolution while leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and solve problems. Maintain 50% travel requirement within North America, including international trips to Canada, the US, and the Caribbean.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to travel an average of 50% of the time within North America
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in software implementation
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality, particularly in a utility environment
- Experience providing software implementation services to the utility industry, including CIS implementation, upgrades, testing, or production support
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
