Job Summary
Conduct installations, implementations, training, testing, problem resolution, and coordinate data conversions across inHANCE platforms. Interpret requirements to define system setups, respond to support calls, and resolve technical issues. Develop relationships with Project Coordinators and client contacts to prepare sites for implementation and training. Manage project coordination on an individual basis, troubleshoot technical questions with Professional Services and Development, and provide feedback to improve the product. Cleanse and integrate data, coordinate conversion assistance, and test conversions to ensure accuracy. Update internal tracking systems, document tasks, and provide customer support as needed. This remote role requires 25% travel to the US and Canada and a valid passport.
Required Qualifications
- At least five years of experience in the field of being a software application consultant/implementation specialist
- Previous training experience in software applications
- Good troubleshooting and analytical thinking to resolve issues
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 & 11/ Windows Server 2016+
- Customer service experience is essential
- Strong time management, planning and organizing skills are required
- Ability to interpret business requirements and recommend solutions that will meet customer needs
- Must demonstrate patience and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills
- Must hold a current, valid passport
- Must be legally eligible to travel internationally (passport based visa exemption or possession of any required travel visas for entry into Canada, the United States, and the Caribbean)
- Must be available for travel, approximately 25%
- Preference will be given to candidates who can work in CST timezone
Desired Qualifications
- Utility billing knowledge
- Financial/Accounting knowledge
- Previous project management
- Knowledge of relational databases and relational database applications
- Knowledge of SQL Server, SQL SSMS and writing SQL Queries
- Experience with data migrations, database tables/layouts and ability to write scripts to convert data from existing system to inHANCE database structure
- Database skills and the ability to perform queries in SQL is an asset
- Candidates should be comfortable using AI enabled technologies, including copilots, chat based AI assistants, and automation tools
