Job Summary
Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, applying manual payments, generating aging reports, and reconciling accounts. Record routine journal entries, bank transactions, and accounts payable bills as needed. Perform month-end closings, conduct bank reconciliations, and investigate discrepancies in financial data to ensure compliance with GAAP. Provide support to accounting team members and maintain accurate financial records to contribute to the organization's financial health. Complete a full application including screening questions and a pre-employment test. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required with 1–2 years of experience in accrual-based accounting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of experience with accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations
- Dependable with regular and reliable attendance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage projects effectively
- High attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and work independently
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Demonstrated ability in an accountant role
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
