Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–7 years of high-volume, quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience conducting outbound phone calls and qualifying prospects to close sales in 1–2 conversations
- Experience using a CRM to track opportunities, follow-ups, and pipeline status
- Experience following a structured sales process using scripts and talk tracks
- Experience working in a KPI-driven sales environment with daily metrics
- Experience participating in active sales coaching and call review/recording
- Professional fluency in English and authorization to work in the United States
