Job Summary
Process in-network and out-of-network claims efficiently, obtain Verification of Benefits, and manage prior authorizations for ABA therapy services. Handle Single Case Agreements and negotiate terms with insurance providers while submitting contracts to enroll providers in networks. Coordinate front-desk billing tasks, manage insurance portals, and track outstanding claims to ensure timely payment. Maintain strict compliance with insurance policies, coding requirements, and industry regulations. This full-time remote role offers competitive hourly pay and supports an organization dedicated to helping children with autism.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of ABA-specific medical billing and credentialing experience
- Proven expertise in insurance contracting and credentialing processes
- Strong understanding of insurance verification, authorizations, and claim submissions
- Experience working with major insurance portals and handling SCAs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree
