Job Summary
Remodeling Specialist is a floater role deployed across multiple Dallas-area properties. Responsibilities include drywall repair and installation, interior painting of common areas and units (including trim and baseboards), demolition and installation of cabinetry (kitchens and bathrooms) with hardware replacement, basic plumbing and carpentry (trim), appliance removal/replacement, and completing tasks on work orders with timely reporting. The role requires safety-conscious work practices, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a professional appearance. Benefits include group health, dental and vision insurance, PTO, paid holidays, 401k with company match, a $1,000 signing bonus, a $30/month phone allowance, and monthly mileage reimbursement. On-site work inside and outside; ability to provide own hand tools and painting equipment. On-call is NO.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Ability to read instructions and safety labels.
- Experience: Full-time prior experience required. Must have working knowledge of painting, staining and trim work.
