Job Summary
Remodeling Service Manager role responsible for diagnosing service issues on replacement windows & doors, bath & shower remodels or cabinet refacing projects; creating detailed service tickets and parts lists; ordering and tracking service parts; scheduling servicing appointments; coordinating with Field Managers and Service Technicians for follow-up; keeping employees updated on product issues. Prior remodeling, construction, or carpentry experience and strong customer-facing communication are essential, along with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
