Prep work areas for renovation, including modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed. Install electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, or doors. Complete finish work such as drywall, flooring, cabinetry, painting, trim, or siding. Perform jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction. Hold a jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License, maintain General Liability, Worker's Comp, and Insurance. This 1099 role supports residential remodeling projects across the region.
