Prep work areas for renovation, including modifying framing, walls, floors, or roofs as needed. Install electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, windows, or doors, and complete finish work such as drywall, flooring, cabinetry, painting, trim, or siding. Perform jobsite cleanup with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Maintain jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's or Trade License, General Liability, and Worker's Comp insurance.
