Job Summary

As our Sales & Account Manager, you will grow and manage a book of business consisting of remodeling company owners participating in our Roundtables program. You’ll build relationships with business owners, guide them through the enrollment process, and remain their primary point of contact as they continue their journey with Remodelers Advantage. Responsibilities include generating new business opportunities, conducting discovery calls, presenting the value of the Roundtables program, closing new memberships, maintaining an organized CRM pipeline, following up with prospects and members, driving engagement and retention, attending industry conferences and events, collaborating with teammates, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer success
  • Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business
  • Experience managing pipelines and client relationships through CRM software
  • Comfortable working with business owners and executives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
  • Ability to travel periodically for industry events and conferences
