Remodel & Replacement Sales Consultant

Job Summary
Develop and execute an annual business plan to establish sales goals and account acquisition strategies. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with remodel contractors, builders, and homeowners by visiting permit offices to uncover active projects. Manage customer relationships, including product application, sales, and resolution of concerns while maintaining satisfaction. Actively represent the company at events, professional group invitations, and consumer home shows to build networks. Present product demonstrations, read blueprints, and use software systems to quote, sell, and order products for prompt delivery. Follow up on leads from reports, referrals, and inquiries. Provide regular feedback on wins, losses, and competitive information. Host guests for field visits upon request.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, technical certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two to four years of sales, customer service, construction-related, or general business experience
- Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology
- Knowledge of window and door products, applications, and components
- Experience reading construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize company-specific software, Salesforce, quoting tools, and order management platforms
- Ability to compile, analyze, and interpret information in spreadsheet and reporting formats
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and public relations skills
- Ability to read, interpret, understand, and explain sales processes, product specifications, installation guidelines, and warranty information
- Ability to effectively present information, gather information from others, and respond appropriately to customers, coworkers, and managers
- Demonstrated professionalism in phone, email, and in-person communications
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
