Remodel Merch Associate

Remodel Merch Associate responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, adhering to operational standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs. Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers, supports a positive store culture, accurately rings purchases/returns, promotes credit and loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, processes merchandise for the sales floor, participates in store recovery and upkeep, and supports safety and loss-prevention initiatives. Requires strong customer service, flexibility in schedule, multi-tasking ability, and the capability to lift heavy objects. Prior retail customer experience is preferred.
