Remodel HVAC Lead Installer

Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC remodels and installs, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards. Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, providing hands-on training and guidance to ensure compliance with industry best practices. Install new furnaces, air conditions, remodel ductwork, coils, returns, and coordinate materials and equipment delivery to maintain an organized and efficient job site. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders regarding project status and issues. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires 3+ years of HVAC experience including supervisory background, EPA certification, and the ability to read blueprints. The position involves lifting above 50lbs regularly and performing physical tasks like walking, lifting, twisting, climbing ladders, and other physical requirements consistently for 90% of the day. Compensation includes $35 to $40 per hour plus 1.5x OT, PTO, sick days, paid holidays, a company truck, and fuel card.
