Job Summary
Sort and decision on non-standard or rejected transactions by pulling items from all processing areas using reports and audit trails. Perform basic transaction sorting, header batched items with control documents, and extraction/scanning on high-speed equipment like I-Tran, IMBL, and OPEX 30/40/50/51/150 Falcon. Process medium to high complexity client sorting while maintaining performance output against department standards. Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods. Assist with training when needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Computer skills
- Able to read and make decisions
- Able to work well independently and with others
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced Deadline-oriented environment
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes
- Must meet the minimums for productivity and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
