Job Summary
Operate mail extraction equipment including I-Tran, IMBL, and Falcon to group work into processible batches. Open envelopes, extract transactions, and batch checks, invoices, and coupons according to client instructions. Perform quality reviews on outgoing items for HIPAA clients and prepare packages for low/medium complexity remittance customers. Prepare daily reconciliation and billing reports while maintaining performance output and accuracy standards. Perform minor adjustments and repairs to job-related equipment. Work the 2nd shift from Sunday to Thursday between 3:00pm and 11:30pm. This role supports Deluxe's remittance processing operations with a focus on manual extraction, sorting, and dispatch functions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Good hand/eye coordination
- Ability to read and make basic decisions
- Detail-oriented and quality conscious
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, overtime and/or off shifts
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and with others
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves
- Must meet the Deluxe established standard minimums for productivity and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must be 18 years of age or older
