Job Summary
Build and strengthen client relationships across Gulf Coast and South-Central Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial markets to identify strategic growth opportunities and expand AECOM's market presence across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Maximize operational performance by aligning people, project delivery, and client satisfaction to achieve sustainable, higher-returning, lower-risk growth. Provide operational leadership for complex projects and programs, resolving delivery challenges, mitigating risk, optimizing resources, and ensuring technical excellence. Lead and develop environmental professionals across multiple offices, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and performance while coaching, mentoring, and building the next generation of leaders. Use KPIs and analytics to manage pipeline health and adjust tactics, developing and managing budgets to support business development and disciplined execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering in a relevant environmental remediation field
- Ten (10) years of experience in a technical environmental remediation discipline
- Proven track record in operational leadership
- Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Successful completion of background check
- Successful completion of motor vehicle records check
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency
- In-person Day 1 onboarding at an AECOM office location
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with operational responsibility for managing teams of 30+ professionals
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary environmental projects, programs, or operational teams with responsibility for business performance, project delivery, and client satisfaction
- Demonstrated knowledge of the Gulf Coast and South‐Central Oil & Gas, Energy, and Industrial markets
- Proven ability to develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Arkansas
- Master's degree
- 15+ years related experience
- 8+ years operations and staff management
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) or Geologist (PG)
