Job Summary
Operate and maintain soil and groundwater remediation systems, including soil vapor extraction, air sparging, and oxygen injection. Install, troubleshoot, and decommission equipment while performing pilot testing and site inspections. Collect samples and ensure safe operation of company vehicles and tools. Submit work orders and timesheets daily or weekly and interact professionally with clients. Complete tasks within time frames set by Field Services and Project Managers. Valid New York State Driver's License and reliable transportation required. Travel including overnights across NY is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant field experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot pumps and electronic controls
- Valid New York State Driver's License
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must have a reliable form of transportation to get to and from work daily
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Travel is required, including overnights across NY currently
Desired Qualifications
- Prior electrical and/or plumbing experience
- 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
- 10-hour Construction Safety certification
