Remarketing Sales Strategy Manager

Job Summary
Own end-to-end off-lease pricing strategy for upstream and auction channels, lead remarketing incentive program strategy, and govern pricing methodologies. Drive elasticity-informed pricing, rapid adjustments, and channel performance to maximize net proceeds, reduce days-to-sell, and strengthen OEM client offerings. Design and govern remarketing program strategy, align incentives, workflows, and analytics; lead test-and-learn initiatives including pilot design and A/B testing of pricing rules; codify learnings into policies and SOPs; ensure governance, documentation, and auditability of pricing methodologies and model usage in line with internal risk controls. Requires experience in automotive remarketing, pricing, and advanced analytics, with SQL proficiency and strong cross-functional leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry with focus on captive finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market signals and data into clear pricing and channel strategies that balance volume, proceeds, and risk
- Influential leadership with strong communication skills to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive decision-making
- Strong demonstration of advanced data & analytics tool for modeling, forecasting, and optimization
